On the 7-th of April the pupils of 4 e form had a merry matinee in English. It was about spring and its merry holidays such as Easter, The 8-th of March and The 1-st of April. The pupils told how people celebrate Easter in different countries, why people call the 1-st of April "April Fools' Day". They sang a song about the most beautiful season - spring and they performed a little funny play from "The Adventures of Tom Sawyer" by Mark Twain.
